Send Pretty Mail #34/35 - Catalogue Envelopes

Next time you're thinking to drop that pretty catalogue / magazine into the recycling bin, why not flip through it one more time...

An envelope template is the perfect tool to turn your favourite pages into fashionable envelopes!

Simply trace around the template and cut out as many envelopes as you need...

Use a bone folder to score the fold lines...

Then fold and glue!

Just 3 steps and you'll have a bevy of beautiful and unique envelopes that are sure to delight the recipients!

Before sending these out, I'll be sure to add a little more fun with washi tape accents and pretty address labels.

Have you made your own envelopes before? What's your favourite kind of paper to use?

  5. J-crew catologue? I've made origami boxes from it before. I just made envelopes out of an old nature calendar with cool results!
