AIUEO is a Japanese design team based in Kyoto, Japan. They create zakka goods based around the concept of gift giving and wrapping with a goal of "making you and your loved ones happy".
What is zakka? Well, it is many things and anything, really - my favourite definition has always been something along the lines of useful things which make you smile. As for the team at AIUEO, they say, the only rule of zakka is there are no rules!
